Review: Etude House Fantastic Color Eyes Rose Garden

3. April 2015

Again, Etude House made me buy something because of its lovely packaging. I’m not using eyeshadows often and I definitively have enough eyeshadows to use up, nevertheless I ended up buying the Etude House Fantastic Color Eyes Rose Garden eyeshadow palette. I was so happy when it finally arrived at my doorstep that I had to try it right away :D

Etude House Fantastic Color Eyes Rose Garden

Some words about Etude House to start with: Etude House is one of the best known Korean brands for cute packaging. If you are a lover of cute, girly and pink packaging, reminding you of being a child and the princess you always dreamt to be, THIS is your brand. Their packaging is usually so adoreable that you cannot keep yourself from impuls-buys – only because you saw the packaging…Two new eyeshadow palettes were released, called Etude House Fantastic Color Eyes Rose Garden and Cherry Blossom, both perfect for announcing spring time containing pink eyeshadow colors. After some consideration I decided for the Rose Garden palette. Since both are limited editions I don’t know how long they will be availavble.

Etude House Fantastic Color Eyes Rose Garden

This small eyeshadow palette (actually it is smaller than my mobile phone) comes with a very pretty cardboard box printed with a rose pattern, which fits to the theme. The backside of the cardboard box contains English and Korean description. The eyeshadow palette itself is made of white plastic with roses all over. When flipped open, you can see that the lid contains a mirror and that the palette comes with 6 different eyeshadow shades. The eyeshadows are separated by a plastic (which has the names of the shades printed on) from the lid. There is also a sponge applicator included, which I don’t use, because it doesn’t pick up enough color.

Etude House Fantastic Color Eyes Rose Garden

The colors are pretty and fit well together. They also fit nicely to the topic of roses. Juliette is a sheer pink toned eyeshadow, perfect as base shadow. Honey Bouquet has the most shimmer particles and is a light golden shade. It is nice for highlightening and the inner corner of the eyes. Although Antique Touch looks quite matte and brown it has a nice bronze sheen and is, together with Handtied, the most pigmented eyeshadow of the palette. Vintage Rose is a nice highlighting shade in a warm light pink shade and fits nicely to Honey Bouquet. And last, My Girl, which is the most matte shade out of the palette.

Etude House Fantastic Color Eyes Rose Garden

Here are the swatches of the eyeshadows. I used an eyeshadow base before, otherwise the swatches are too sheer and don’t show off nicely.  My favourites are Honey Bouquet and Vintage Rose. I tried to create an eyeshadow look below, too, although I must excuse my limited skills :D My eye does also look a bit tear-y because I have caught a cold and I’m struggeling with lots of tissues for my nose right now :D

Etude House Fantastic Color Eyes Rose Garden

When using my eyeshadow brushes I don’t have much of a fall-off from the eyeshadows. Since the shades are light and mostly sheer fall-off isn’t easily visible anyways. I like that the shimmery shades are not overly glittery, but rather look lovely. All in all a pretty palette with some nice pink toned eyeshadow colors that have been missing in my collection so far. What do you think? Did you buy any of these two palettes? You can still get this one at Beautynetkorea for 13.50 US$.

Review: A’Pieu Creamy Butter Shadow

24. January 2015

// KBEAUTY / MAKE UP / AFFILIATE LINKS //

After I tried the Innisfree Eyeshadow Stick I was curious for more creamy eyeshadows. Originally I planned to buy the Innisfree Mineral Single Cream Shadow, but them I came acroos the A’Pieu Creamy Butter Shadow and I fell for the beautiful packaging design of these cream eyeshadows. Although I’m not a daily eyeshadow wearing person I directly bought two shades from this :D Here is my impression:

A'Pieu Creamy Butter Shadow

First of all, some words about the Korean brand A’Pieu: The name comes from french language and is supposed to mean “basic”. (I didn’t know a word like this in french though and I didn’t find any proper translation. Did anybody else have a look for that?:D) The brand is targeting a younger audience and providing the elemantary steps and products for your skincare routine in the 20s…but I think you can also use it in your 30s or whenever you want :D The packaging of their products is cute and adorable, without being to princess-y, like Etude House, for example. The A’Pieu Creamy Butter Shadows have also a beautiful packaging, which has a vintage flair and looks absolutely adorable. These cream eyeshadow pots are available in five different shades. I chose two of them being No.4 Cranberry Kiss and No.5 French Cocoa.

A'Pieu Creamy Butter Shadow

The cardboard box contains a lot of description, but it is all in Korean unfortunately, except the name of the shade. The eyeshadows have a shelf life of 12 months after openeing. The main ingredients are mango powder, marine collagen, licorice extract and ruby powder.

A'Pieu Creamy Butter Shadow

Inside the cardboard box you’ll find these super pretty jars.

A'Pieu Creamy Butter Shadow

The jars are made of clear hard plastic and a screw-type lid which looks like tin (proberly also plastic). The packaging looks sturdy and of good quality. Although so simple I really love it. It looks classy and elegant on the same time ♥

A'Pieu Creamy Butter Shadow

The cream eyeshadows in the jars look solid and at first glance and not creamy at all, but the formula melts away once you dab your finger onto it. It feels very soft and smooth. The formula is designed to be used with your fingers, so the cream eyeshadow gets the right temperature and blends into your skin properly.

A'Pieu Creamy Butter Shadow

The A’Pieu Creamy Butter Shadows have a good pigmentation. They are easy to blend, but you can also build up the color and make it more intense. Since it is a cream eyeshadow you won’t have any problems with fall-off, either. These eyeshadows have a glossy and pearly finish and are longlasting, too.

A'Pieu Creamy Butter Shadow

I love these two eyeshadows and I love how easy they are to apply ♥. The packaging is beautiful, too, and if you are an eyeshadow lover I can recommend you to try these. If you are an eyeshadow beginner you should try these, too, because of the easy apllication with your fingers. Or try the Innisfree Eyeshadow Stick! The A’Pieu Creamy Butter Shadow retails for 12.51 US$  at W2Bauty.

Did you try any of the eyeshadows from A’Pieu? Which one is your favourite?

Review: Pony x Memebox Eyeshadow Palette

24. December 2014

Just in time for the launch of the 2nd Pony x Memebox collaboration I will present you my review on their first collaboration, the Pony x Memebox Eyeshadow Palette. I knew that I needed this palette the first time I saw it on the Korean Memebox page. I really love the tutorials from the Korean Youtuber Pony and I can really recommend you to check out her Youtube videos :)

Pony x Memebox Eyeshadow Palette

MeMeBox is a box service company, offering a wide amount of different beauty boxes. Unlike most western beauty boxes which have to be subscribed for on a monthly basis, MeMeBoxes can be preordered but that doesn’t force you to buy more than the desired box. They ship to many countries and the products they send in their boxes are mainly Korean. Apart from their monthly Global Boxes, they also have a huge amount of themed boxes,MiniBoxes, Boxes where you know what is inside, so called Superboxes with a higher value and so on (check out the links at the end of the post)…just check out their online store and you’ll find a huge selection of different boxes. Since they have become very popular within the blogger community they sell out pretty fast, but they bring up new beauty boxes so fast, that you cannot keep up with them anyways. That was at least my experience during this year. At the end of this post I will make a list of all the discounts they offer at the moment, too. At the moment they seem to be focusing on their own brand and some collaborations with well-known blogger in the asian beauty blogger community. One of their most famous collaboration is with the Korean Youtuber Pony, also known for her collaborations with Innisfree and Etude House. Her collaboration with Memebox resulted in two eyeshadow palettes, the second one just launched yesterday. Here, I will show you my impression of the first eyeshadow palette:

Pony x Memebox Eyeshadow Palette

The Pony x Memebox eyeshadow palette comes in a cardboard packaging and has the size of a smartphone and is only slightly thicker than one. I would say it is a sleek packaging in simple black color with white font. The cardboard box contains descriptions of the product in Korean. It displays the name of the eyeshadows of the palette on the backside, too.

Pony x Memebox Eyeshadow Palette

The backside of the palette itself also shows the expiration date and lists the names of the eyeshadow colors. The material of the palette is a matte plastic. It opens and closes nicely and makes the appearance of not easily flipping open, which means it can be carried around without big fears.

Pony x Memebox Eyeshadow Palette

Openening the palette reveals 8 eyeshadow colors, two brushes and a clear plastic sheet for separating the eyeshadows from the mirror in the lid. The mirror fills the whole lid and is large and therefore useful. The plastic sheet also has the names of the eyeshadow colors printed on.

Pony x Memebox Eyeshadow Palette

Four of the colors are matte and the other four colors are shimmery. I like that point a lot, because usually most asian eyeshadows are shimmery :D The brushes have a bistle side and a normal eyeshadow sponge applicator side. Actually I didn’t use them, because I had the feeling that these brushes cause more fall-off than my usual eyeshadow brushes.

Pony x Memebox Eyeshadow Palette

Below, I prepared the swatches for the 8 colors on my arm. The difference between the four matte eyeshadows and the shimmery eyeshadows are quite obvious. I actually love all the shades, especially the shine rosegold shade.

Pony x Memebox Eyeshadow Palette

You’ll find an quick eye make-up using the shimmery eyeshadows shine rosegold, shine gold and glam cocao. Sorry, I’m not the best makeup artsit for eyeshadow looks but I tried my best XD

Pony x Memebox Eyeshadow Palette

The staying power is okay. It is even better when using an eye primer /eyeshadow base. I observed some fall-off when not using primer/base before. The colors are neutral and I think that everybody should have a couple of colors they love in this palette. The Pony x Memebox eyeshadow palette retails for 18 US$ on MeMeBox. As I said earlier, yesterday the second Pony x Memebox eyeshadow palette launched, which retails for 20 US$. There is a bundle for both palettes for 29 US$, which I think, is a perfect deal. They also have varoius other deals. If you are interested you might want to check out all offers >>here<<. Take advantage of the 5US$ coupon code you find below.

If you are curious about MeMeBox and their products, aswell as their enourmous selection of different beautyboxes check out their page >>here<<. Check out the value sets and the possibility to upgrade to free express shipping, too. MeMebox has also a couple promotions:

Review: Innisfree Shadow Pencil

28. October 2014

Another Innisfree product I bought during testerkorea’s brand sale, apart from the Innisfree Soy Essence Volume Mascara, is the Innisfree Shadow Pencil in “Milk Tea”. This is a eyeshadow crayon from the Innisfree summer collection 2014 and is supposed to help you to create a waterproof eye make-up in a quick way.

Innisfree Shadow Pencil

Innisfree is an eco-friendly Korean skincare and makeup brand focusing on natural ingredients and recycle packaging. The design of their products is simply and neat and nicely reflects the ideology of the brand. Innisfree products are ususally free from harmful ingredients. For the Innisfree Shadow Pencils, I didn’t find any specific information about the ingredients, but I believe that they will stick to their brand’s ideology. As you can see, the eyeshadow pencil has a simple, but yet cute design, by having some dots around one side of the pencil. I don’t know about you, but I usually fall for products with dots…(I have a lot of dotted clothes especially XD). One side of the pencil shows the color of the pencil, the other side – actually the side of the crayon- is protected by a clear plastic cap. The bottom side displaying the color is the twistable part of the pencil and enables to twist the crayon up. Also, the production date is printed on that side. Other than this, the descriptions on the crayon are in Korean.

Innisfree Shadow Pencil

I twisted up the pencil as much as possible, and you see that the crayon doesn’t contain much of the product actually. The bullet is around 3 cm maximum and the capacity of the pencil is 3.5 g. In total you’ll find 10 different shades of this crayon. There are quite some nice shades, which I would love to try, but at the time of the brand sale when I bought mine, most colors were sold out (now all are available again). The name of this shade (no.5) is quite pretty actually, because it is called “Milk Tea”. The color is swatched on the back of my hand below.

Innisfree Shadow Pencil

Innisfree Shadow Pencil in “Milk Tea” is a light brown and shimmery shade. The shadow doesn’t contain typical larger glitter particles though, but reminds me of a metallic kind of shimmer. The application of the pencil is amazingly creamy and soft. It glides super smoothly on the skin! ♥ The creamy texture is easily to blend, but once it is settled (1-2 minutes) it stays super solid on your skin. It is waterproof and doesn’t budge at all. If you don’t give it the time to settle, it may  settle in your lines though. For such a light color the pigmentation is also great. I only did one stroke in the swatch above. Since it is waterproof and it builds a kind of film on your skin once it is dried, it is also long lasting. I absolutely love this eye shadow pencil. It is perfect for taking around, easy to apply, since you don’t need any brushes and it is long lasting…perfect! You can get these Innisfree Shadow Pencils from testerkorea for  around 7 US$ (7200 Won). I’m thinking about getting some more shades, like “Cherry Blossoms”, a pink shade, or “Brown City”, a darker brown eyeshadow. Anybody else who has fallen in love with these shadow pencils?

Review: Shiseido Integrate Suite Trick Eyes

13. October 2014

As you know, I’m not only a lover of Korean beauty products, but also of Japanese ones. I have the feeling that reviews on Japanese beauty products are rarer in the beauty blogger community, maybe because it is harder to obtain them. I received some more Japanese products lately from a shop called LunaTu, a new online boutique providing genuine Korean and Japanese cosmetics and based in UK – which means fast shipping within Europe! One of the items I received from them is the Shiseido Integrate Suite Trick Eyes, a small three colored eyeshadow palette, available in different colors.

Shiseido Integrate Suite Trick Eyes

Shiseido is one of the most famous high end brands in the world. I think everybody knows the brand in some way. In Japan, Shiseido has a lot of sub branches. One of these sub branches is Shiseido Integrate. The Shiseido Integrate Suite Trick Eyes palette is available in five different colors. Moreover two limited edition color ranges were available. The eyeshadow palette I’ll show here is BR 314, a milkcoffee brown shaded set of three colors. The palette comes in a outer clear plastic packaging, like most of Japanese products. The packaging contains the description of the product, but it is written in Japanese only. The backside description also shows a picture of how to apply the three colors together on your eyelid. This is helpful for beginners, so they know how to combine the three colors.

Shiseido Integrate Suite Trick Eyes

The palette itself is really beautiful and designed in such a cute way: The lid has a golden color with a clear plastic window showing the eyeshadows. The lid is decorated by the words “Let your sweet eyes do the talking”. The material is sturdy plastic.

Shiseido Integrate Suite Trick Eyes

The three eyeshadow colors of the palette have different forms. The eyeshadow placed in the middle is shaped like a heart, whereas the left eyeshadow has the shape of a clover and the right eyeshadow is supposed to be a rose (or a whirly thingy XD). If you open the lid you see that the palette comes with an applicator with two sides. The backside of the lid contains a small mirror, so you can apply the eyeshadow “on-the-go” ;)

Shiseido Integrate Suite Trick Eyes

The three eyeshadows all have shimmery particles, but the two lighter shades have more shimmer particles than the dark brown shade. Below you see a quick swatch on my fingertips. The eyeshadows have a smooth consistency and are easy to apply and to blend in.

Shiseido Integrate Suite Trick Eyes

The colors of this eyeshadow palette are light and very natural. You cannot create a bold look with these because the pigmentation is not too strong- probably it is also not designed top be strong to keep a natural look. Using primer before you can make the colors appear more vivid, but still natural. I chose this palette because of the color. I have palettes with golden brwon shades, but nothing in this milkcoffee brown range. It looks really discrete and although the eyeshadows contain shimmer it doesn’t look girly or overdone. Below you see the swatches on my arm with and without primer and how it looks applied on my eyelids. It is suitable for everyday look in my eyes.

Shiseido Integrate Suite Trick Eyes

I also tried to rubb the eyeshadows away and it was easier for the lighter colors, especially without primer. But the dark brown color has a good staying power.  Even after rubbing the swatches it was clearly visible and didn’t smudge. The price for this three-color palette and considering the brand and the quality of the is suitable and costs 12.50 £ on LunaTu. They also ship internationally, but especially people living in Europe might want to check out the shop because the shipping arrives fast. One point I didn’t like about the palette is the applicator. The material of the sponge is quite hard. Maybe there are people preferring this kind of material, but I do not use the applicator, but instead use my own eyeshadow brushes.

Review: Relevance Highlighter Tip

25. August 2014

It’s one week since my last post, but unfortunately my internet broke down and I didn’t have any possibilty to upload any new posts. Nevertheless, I took a lot of new pictures for upcoming reviews and I’m happy that I can post one of these reviews today- moreover, it is a japanese brand and as you know, I love trying out new brands: Relevance Highlighter Tip will be topic of today’s post.

Relevance Highlighter Tip

Relevance is a Japanese brand and honestly I didn’t hear about this brand until I received the package from Beautystar, a new online shop for japanese cosmetic brands which are hard to find elsewhere. Relevance belongs to Reinatural Pure Cosmetics and if you are interested in their products you can check out their (japaese) page >>here<<. The trend of highlightening your eyebag is very popular in asian countries, simply because it makes your eyes look more awake, younger and vivid looking. These all contribute in a more youthfull look and larger appearing eyes. The Relevance Highlighter Tip is one of the best selling items for this purpose.

Relevance Highlighter Tip

The Relevance Highlighter Tip comes in a girly pink packaging with ornaments all around. There are three different colors available for this Highlighter Tip: pink, orange and yellow. I received the pink version of the Relevance Highlighter Tip from Beautystar for reviewing purpose and I’m really glad about the color. Pink toned highlighters look always more natural than for example white colored ones. The Highlighter comes in a pen-shaped form. the material of the pen is plastic and as the packaging it has a pink color and some ornaments on it. It looks lovely, but simply. The product description is unfortunately only in japanese, but as far as I know the product contains hyaloronic acid for providing moisture and indeed, this product doesn’t make your eyes feel dry at the end of the day.

Relevance Highlighter Tip

Other than you would expect, it is not a pencil type highlighter, but it is a sponge-type applicator with the eyeshadow included in the cap. You can twist the cap (it feels like there is a spring inside the cap), and by twisting you dispense the eyeshadow on the sponge applicator. The color of the highlighter is a soft pink color with glitter/shimmer particles. The pigmentation of the eyeshadow is soft and not too opaque, so you can create a natural look. By adding more layers you can double the pigmentation.

Relevance Highlighter Tip

If you look at the before and after pictures, the effect is not too strong on my eyes, which is caused by my dark cicles, but you can see that my appearance looks brighter and awaker in general. If you add conceiler before, keep in mind that this will make the sponge applicator dirty, since you use the sponge directly on top of it. The shimmer particles cause fall-off, unfortunatelly, and so the lasting power of this eyebag highlighter is not optimized for 24 hours, neither for 12 hours. I must point out that I don’t like that kind of glitter particles normally, but here it looks still appropiate for every day use. Also the size of the Relevance Highlighter Tip is perfect for the handbag, so I end up using it every day or every second day in turn with the Etude House Rose Drawing Show Eyeshadow Pencil, despite of the shorter staying power.

Relevance Highlighter Tip Relevance Highlighter Tip

All in all, this is a nice alternative product for eyebag highlighteing. The sponge applicator is kind of unique and I love the twist mechanism for using it. The packaging design is cute and reminds of Etude House Rose Collection. Moreover, the size is travel-friendly. The downsides are the fall-off caused by the glitter particles and the short staying power as a result of this. If you love highlightening your under eye area you might want to check out this product. I received my Relevance Highlighter Tip from Beautystar and I can recommend you to check out their online store. They have some interesting products, but you can also write them if you want any other specific japanese product. The shipping was fast, too, and they added japanese sweets as gift, which is really nice ♥ They also have a youtube chanel where the members try the products they offer or recommend. Review: Kose Visee Glossy Rich Eyeshadow Palette No.3

25. May 2014

If I would pick a favourite for this month it would definitively be the Kose Visee Glossy Rich Eyeshadow Palette that I’ve bought recently. As some of you might know, Kose is a Japanese cosmetic brand with various subbrands. Visee is one of their subbrands, having a couple of nicely designed makeup products. I love the colors and I love the design of this mini palette and- most important- I used it so often already, although I’m normally not wearing eyeshadows a lot. But this cute palette sweept me off my feet. I’m not an expert in eyeshadow reviewing, and I’m sure there are other eyeshadows with a excellent quality, but never the less I would like to share my opinion about it. ♥

visee_glossyricheyes_1

A lot of people will understand why I fell for this packaging design. It is super elegant and yet playfull. I love the ornamented lid so much ♥ The brandname is written in a curly font on the lid, too. The fabricant plastic is of standard quality. It is glossy, so you’ll see fingerprints on it easily. The palette comes in a hard plastic packaging with description written on it. Unfortunately all the description is written in Japanese, but there is an image on the backside showing how to use the colors together.

visee_glossyricheyes_5

Let’s take another look at the beauty: The imprint on the eyeshadows is so beautiful ♥

visee_glossyricheyes_2

Kose Visee’s Glossy Rich eyes are available in 8 different palettes. My palette is No. 3 and it has  a rose/burgundy Theme. The palette consists of four eyeshadow colors which can be used together nicely. A small applicator  with two sides is provided, too, but no mirror.

visee_glossyricheyes_3

The pigmentation of the colors is nice and visible. They contain tiny shimmer particles. The brightest color on the top left is the base color providing the glow. The eyeshadows are soft when applied and are easily blendable. The pigmentation is buildable to a certain degree, too. Below you can see how the eyeshadows look on me:

visee_glossyricheyes_4

You can create nice looks with this palette and the colors are really wearable for every day look. But they also can be used for a romantic look. I really love how easy they are to blend and how soft the eyeshadow powder feels. The shimmer is not too extreme either. After a couple of uses unfortunatelly the nice imprint on the shadows dissapears and a little fall off from the eyeshadows lies inside the lid, but all in all these are minor points. I’ll definitively keep my eyes out for other Kose Visee products in future. This was my first time trying this brand, but not my last :D I bought my palette at Ichibankao for 2050 Yen which makes around 20 US$

Review: Etude House Bling Bling Eyestick No. 9 “Gold Tail Star”

28. January 2014
I’m not wearing eyeshadow often, simply because I’m too lazy in the morning to spend to much time on it. That’s also the reason I like eyeshadow sticks and pencils a lot. They are easily and quick to use and you can add some glow to your eyes and it makes you look more awake. Etude House’s Bling Bling Eyesticks are an example for easily to use eyeshadow sticks. They are available in 6 different colors. I bought this stick in a shade called “Gold Tail Star” at www.keautystore.com.

The packaging is compared to Etude House’s normally very girly packaging not really special. The color of it is simply black, with the name of the stick written on it. It has a simple cap, to protect the stick and it works via twisting mechanism, so you can wind up the eyeshadow stick. At the bottom of the stick you can see which color you are using.

“Gold Tail Star” is a golden shimmery eye shadow color. I love using it under my eyes, but it looks good on the eyelids, too, giving a soft spark. It is super easy to use in both ways. It glides smoothly on the skin, but since the skin around the eyes is extra sensitive, don’t scrub it too hard over it :)

I like this eyestick, because it is very easy to use and it has a travel friendly size (it’s shorter than most pens and pencils are). It is also really affordable in my eyes, although the prices seem to vary a bit (I bought mine at Keautystore because I’ve earned some credit there by writing reviews, so I paid actually almost nothing for it). You should have a look at ebay, too, if you are interested in buying these. The only downside of these eyeshadow sticks are, that they are not smudgeproof. If you have oily lids I would recommend you to use a eyeshadow primer in order to extend the wearability and prevent creasing. I don’t have oily lids myself, but even I am totally surprised what a difference wearing an eyeshadow base can make (I’m using a cheap drugstore eyeshadowbase, so it doesn’t have to be something high end to do the difference).
You can buy these eyeshadow stick here:

keautystore for US$ 7.90 (no free shipping option, only registered mail. You can get 5% discount using this coupon code >>here<<)

Review: Balala Eyshadow Kido Bear No. 1 ♥sponsored♥

27. August 2013
Hey ♥
Today I’ll be reviewing Balala Eyeshadow Kido Bear No. 1, a cute little eyeshadow palette with four matching shades. This product was send to me by BeautyChamber for reviewing purpose. Thanks a lot!♥
Actually, this is again a product and a company I never heard of before. I think it is a Taiwanese brand. It was also very very hard to find any information about it. I didn’t find a company web page or anything. Just some images on Google. The promotional pictures below belong therefore to Balala and were edited by myself.
As you can see, the packaging is super cute, with the bear face logo on the front. I really like the simply designed black plastic packaging. It seems they have quite a range of products.
I love the bear face so much, it is even on the side of the paper packaging ♥ The ingredients are written in English on the back side, but the rest of the information is Taiwanese I guess.
Funnily, when you search for any images, it appears often that you find pictures from products, looking very similar to Tony Moly’s product, like the Cat Chu Wink Lipstick. I was wondering if they are somehow connected to Tony Moly?!…If anybody has information about that, please feel free to write a comment!
The eyeshadow palette I’m reviewing contains two purple shades, a brown shade and a highlighter. The packaging comes with an applicator and a mirror, too. Each eyeshadow has the face of the bear imprinted on it. Sadly, they will disappear if the eyeshadow is used too often :/
The colors are really pigmented, even without a eye-shadow base. I love how they feel, but you have to be careful that the powder particle don’t fall off and ruin your face make-up. The best way to prevent this is using an eye-shadow base. The staying power is great, too.
I rarely wear eyeshadow myself, simply because I’m too lazy to spend too much time in the morning. Eyeliner is usually enough for me. But on special occasions I try to put on a little bit eyeshadow, mostly natural shades. Below you can see me wearing the eyeshadow palette in two different ways.
products used: Balala Eyeshadow Palette 01, Estée Lauder Sumptuous Extreme Mascara, Jelly Pong Pong 2-in-1 Eyeliner & Shadow, Kiss Me Heroine MakeSmooth Liquid Eyeliner Pen, Zoeva Eyeshadow Brush
You can get Balala Eyeshadow Kido Bear from Beauty Chamber. At the moment there is a back to school promotion with 10% off the entire order. It doesn’t list all the products which are available, so if you are looking for something special like this, write an Email to Amber, the shop owner, and she’ll give you a quote. She is very nice and answers fast to your emails. She has a blog at http://chamber2u.blogspot.tw/. Check out the facebook page, too: https://www.facebook.com/beautychamber2013
http://beautychamber.bigcartel.com/
I don’t have anything bad to tell about this little cute palette. Lately nearly all the products I tested were absolutely convincing and I was giving a lot of 5 berries rating.
