Unboxing: Schön Für Mich Box Juli 2018

Today's post will be about a PR Sample Box from Rossmann. I decided to write the post in German since this box is directed towards German customers. But if you want to know any details to any of the below products, please feel free to ask in the comments below. I'll be happy to answer your questions :)

Vor einigen Wochen erhielt ich die Schön Für Mich Box Juli 2018 und ich stelle euch heute den Inhalt einmal näher vor. Vielen Dank an Rossmann für das PR Sample ihrer Beauty Box an der Stelle.

Die Schön Für Mich Box ist eine limitierte Beauty Box von der Drogeriekette Rossmann und erscheint monatlich. Sie ist gefüllt mit Produktneuheiten aus dem Sortiment von Rossmann, und ist für sehr erschwingliche 5 Euro erhältlich. Um eine der begehrten Boxen zu erhalten muss man an einem Gewinnspiel teilnehmen, bei dem 5000 Gewinner ausgewählt werden, die die Box dann zu dem Preis erhalten.

Natürlich sind die Produkte aus der Box immer der jeweiligen Jahreszeit und dem Monat angepasst. Für Juli ging es natürlich um Strand, Sonne und Urlaub und die Box hatte ein perfekt abgestimmtes Design dazu.

Abgesehen von den Produkten enthält jede Box ein Schön Für Mich Magazin und eine Broschüre mit der Beschreibung zu den Produkten und Gutscheinen für Rabatt auf einige der beigefügten Produkte, falls man das Produkt nachkaufen möchte. Das ist übrigens auch etwas was ich wirklich toll an der Schön Für Mich Box allgemein finde.

Die Schön Für Mich Box Juli 2018 enthält insgesamt 9 verschieden Produkte und ist somit wirklich randvoll gefüllt.

Odol -Med3 Samtweiß Zahnpasta

Zahnpasta kann man immer gebrauchen, ob zuhause oder auf Reisen. Die Micro Pearl Technologie reingt die Zähne und entfernt Verfärbungen schonend, ohne den Zahnschmelz zu beschädigen.

Duschdas Duschgel Ich Fühl Mich Traumhaft

Dieses Duschgel mit dem bezaubenden Seepferdchen Motiv duftet nach frischen Früchten und zarten Blüten. Fühlt sich nach dem perfekten Sommerduft an.

Revlon Colorstay Overtime Lipcolor

Diese Lippenfarbe verspricht bis zu 16 Stunden auf den Lippen zu bleiben und kommt mit einem klaren Topcoat für feuchtigkeitspendenden Glanz. Es gibt insgesamt 8 verschiedene Farben, die ich demnächst hier vorstellen werde. Leider haben sie mich nicht überzeugt. Dazu aber später mehr.

Fusswohl Mousse-To-Oil Pflegeschaum

Eine einzigartige Textur, die trockene Füße super pflegt. Sie enthält einen 5-fach Öl-Komplex aus Marulaöl, Mandelöl, Babassusöl, Jojobaöl, und Sonnenblumenöl. Ich habe sie bereits benutzt und finde sie super. Besonders jetzt im Sommer war sie sehr hilfreich gegen die trockene Haut.

Neutrogena Hydrogel Maske

Die Neutrogena Hydrogelmaksen enthalten eine Flasche Serum konzentriert auf eine Maske. Die Maske ist zweiteilig aufgebaut und bietet somit eine bessere Passform. Es gibt sie in vier Varianten. In meiner Box war die Pure Boost Maske enthalten.

Alterra Nagellack

Der Nagellack von alterra hat eine 5-Free Formulierung und enthält zudem Arganöl zur Pflege. Ich hatte mal eine andere Farbe der Marke und kann mich erinnern, dass ich sie sehr gerne benutzt habe, bis mir die Flasche zerbrochen ist.

Nivea Soft Feuchtigkeitscreme Mix Me Berry Charming

Es gibt insgesamt drei Sorten dieser duftenden Nivea Soft Mix Me Cremes: Berry Charming, Chilled Oasis und Happy Exotic. alle hören sich nach perfekten Düften für den Sommer an und können miteinander gemixt werden und so einen persönlichen Lieblingsduft generieren.

Sunozon Hydro Gesichtscreme LSF 30

Diese feuchtigkeitspendende Sonnencreme für das Gesicht fühlt sich angenehm an und kann auch als Grundlage für Makeup verwendet werden. Die Verpackung ist praktisch für unterwegs.

Nivea Micellair Skin Breathe Expert Reinigungstücher

Diese Reinigungstücher mit sind zum einen perfekte Reisebegleiter, zum anderen entfernen sie selbst wasserfestes Make-Up.Auch für den Alltag perfekt und effektiv.

Wie findet ihr den Inhalt der Schön Für Mich Box Juli 2018? Für mich kamen einige der Produkte wie gerufen. Besonders gut haben mir der Fusswohl Pflegeschaum und die Mizellen Reinigungstücher von Nivea gefallen und sind in regelmäßiger Nutzung. Und für den Preis von 5 Euro ist diese Box meiner Meinung nach unschlagbar!

I’m super happy to show you the content of the Beautypress News Box August 2018 today! I was among the lucky winners of this box during a giveaway they had on Instagram, and I really wasn’t expecting to win, but here it is. Beautypress is an international PR Network by webportalis and it is totally dedicated to beauty products and the latest releases by brands. I have been following their newsletter and unboxings on other blogs for a long time now.

The Beautypress News Box is a curated box by Beautypress, which is exclusively sent out to top bloggers. Unlike beauty boxes like Glossy Box, it is no subscription box and is really dedicated to introducing new brands and products to bloggers for introduction on their channels. I received the August Box, which comes with a total of 6 products from 3 different brands and a cute extra for the hot summer months, a useful hand fan!

I will go through the products below and let you know about my first impression:

medipharma cosmetics Hyaluron Teint Perfection Primer and Make Up

The medipharma cosmetics Hyaluron Tein Perfection Primer and Make Up are the perfect combination to achieve a satin-like and matte skin and still retain the natural glow of the skin. The primer is the perfect first step and reduces the appearance of wrinkles and pores and evens out the skin tone. It is a great foundation for the follow-up make up. What surprised me most is the hydrating texture of the primer. There is no greasy or drying feeling after applying it, but it feels smooth and refreshing! The Hyaluron Teint Perfection Primer by medipharma cosmetics is free of preservatives, parabens and allergen fragrances. The primer retails for 19.95€ and contains 30ml in a pump bottle.

The medipharma cosmetics Hyaluron Tein Perfection Make Up is available in two shades called natural sand and natural gold. They have SPF 15, which is a great add-on in summer. Still, I would recommend you to wear regular sunscreen below your makeup. Ingredients like hyaluronic acid, panthenol, vitamin B3 and Spilanthes Acmella Flower Extract provide extra care and nourishment to the skin. The result is a lightweight look that creates a beautiful finish but enables the skin to breathe as well. The makeup comes in a pump bottle like the primer and contains 30 ml. It retails for 24.99€.

medipharma cosmteics Mascara med Ultra Boost

The medipharma cosmteics Mascara med Ultra Boost is a volumizing and growth promoting mascara that makes the lashes longer and thicker. According to the description it gives 12 times more volume to the lashes. Additionally, it has a pigmenting effect and stains the lashes, which might be interesting for people with blond hair. It comes with a silicon brush attached to the wand with short bristles to catch even the smaller lashes. I really like that it is growth promoting and nourishing for the lashes, so it is make up and care in one. The formulation is not sticking, so it doesn’t stick together the single lashes. Moreover, it is free of parabens, fragrances, and prostaglandin. I still think that the product has a specific flowery scent.

Finally, the product is suitable for people wearing contact lenses and those with sensitive eyes. The mascara can be removed without using oils, and it is also recommended in order to help the nourishing ingredients to absorb. The pink color of the packaging is a plus for all pink-lovers, too! The mascara contains 10 ml and retails for 21.95€.

Dr. Grandel Instant Smoother Ampoule

I love ampoules! They are small but super effective and combine so many effects and nourishment in a bit of product. The Dr. Grandel Ampoules come in packs of three containing glass vials and a breaking-cap for opening the ampoules. Each vial contains enough (3 ml) to be used several times for me. The Dr. Grandel Instant Smoother Ampoule mattifies the skin and makes pores less visible. It is a perfect ampoule to be used during the daytime before applying make up. The key ingredients are Lecithin, Enantia Chlorantha Bark Extract, and Oleanolic Acid that help to reduce the sebum and act as a mattifier. Apart from Glycerin for moisturizing the ingredients also contain Alteromonas Ferment Extract. Below you can see the full list:

Police To Be Tattooart is a new perfume concept with a young and trendy concept: a scent that combines freedom and a strong personality. Tattoos have become widely accepted and common for young people and represent the individuality of the persons that have them. According to that the Police To Be Tattooart Eau de Perfume come in a signature skull-shaped bottle, that remind us of tattoo art. The perfume is available for women and men. The blue skull is dedicated to men and has a woody and aromatic fragrance. The bottle contains 40ml and retails for 24.99€.

Base Note: Tonka bean, Amberwood, Ambroxan

What are your thoughts on the products above? The brand medipharma cosmetics was totally new to me and I love the combination of medical/pharmaceutic ingredients with skincare and makeup products. I loved the light texture of the primer and the mascara combining grwoth and nourishment with make-up effects. Ampoules are always high on my list, since they have so much power despite being so small. Last but not least, it was nice t have a product for men here, too. The skull design of the bottle is unique and I can imagine that many people will like it. How do you like these new launches?

Review: Purito Centella Green Level All In One Mild Pad

I’ve started to love these kinds of milder peeling pads, like the Purito Centella Green Level All In One Mild Pad here. I’ve received this wonderful product from Purito some while ago and I’ve been testing and including it in my skincare routine since then. This mild peeling pad, as the name already suggests, is perfectly suited if you are looking for something less irritating than AHA Peelings, but still effective enough to help to remove dead skin cells and make your skin clearer.

Purito is a rather young Korean brand with cruelty-free and 10-free skin care products. The products are free from paraben, ethanol, surfactants, artificial coloring, fragrance, triethanolamine, phthalein, triclosan, petrochemicals, and benzoyl peroxide. Moreover, the products gain a lot of popularity these days because of their short and yet effective ingredients list. I have reviewed the Purito Pure Vitamin C Serum and the Purito Snail Repair Advanced 91 Serum before and there are more to come in future!

The Purito Centella Green Level All In One Mild Pad is a product designed for removing excess dirt and dead cells from the face after cleansing. Using 10% Centella Asiatica Extract as a key ingredient. This rich extract contains Asiaticosides, Asiatic acid and Madecassic acid and acts as mild BHA (beta hydroxy acid). Other BHAs mostly used are salicylic acids, but they can be too harsh for people with sensitive skin types.

Like most peeling pads the Purito Centella Green Level All In One Mild Pad comes in a jar. The design is typical for Purito and kept simple, with signature colors of green for the Centella skincare range the brand offers. The plastic jar comes packed in a cardboard box, which provides you with the directions and ingredients. Additionally, there are plastic tweezers included, so you can take out the pads without contaminating the inside of the jar. Using the tweezers is a bit tricky though since the pads are sticking together due to the soaked essence.

Let’s take a look at our star ingredient first:

Centella Asiatica

Centella Asiatica extracts have been used in traditional medicine and are still used today, having beneficial properties like wound-healing. Scientific studies have shown that continuous application of the extract can promote collagen building, act anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidative. The purified extract of Centella Asiatica is called TECA. It is a standardized extract composed of Asiaticoside, Asiatic acid and Madecassic acid. It is used in skin care targeting wound-healing, scarred skin, sensitive skin, but also seems to be effective on cellulite. I’m not sure if TECA is used here, or only a high concentration of Centella Asiatica extract, but we find these three components in this pad here, too! Asiatic Acid strengthens the skin barrier, has anti-oxidative properties, and calms sensitive skin. Asiaticosides control the oil-water balance and help to build up collagen. Madecassic acid helps to repair damaged skin and reduces scars and marks due to its exfoliating effect.

Ingredients: Water, Centella Asiatica Extract, Dipropylene Glycol, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, 1,2- Hexanediol, Betaine, Betaine Salicylate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Arginine, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Allantoin, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Panthenol, Polyglyceryl-10 Myristate, Caprylyl Glycol, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Disodium EDTA, Melaleuca Alternifolia(Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Asiaticoside, Asiatic Acid, Madecassic Acid.

As you see, there are some more ingredients that I can mention: there are hyaluronic acid, panthenol and glycerin included, for providing moisture and wound-healing. Licorice Root Extract has a brightening and anti-inflammatory properties, and tea tree leaf oil and betaine salicylate also have acne-fighting properties.

The Purito Centella Green Level All In One Mild Pad are cotton-type pads with two sides. The jar contains 70 pieces in total.

One side of the pad is structured and the other side is smooth. The structured side is suitable for areas with a higher sebum secretion like T-Zone. It removes makeup residues, sebum, oil, and exfoliates the skin.

The smooth side is suitable for cheeks, neck, etc, where the skin is more fragile. It can be used to calm down the skin, provided moisture, and even can be used to remove smudged eye makeup carefully or to smooth lips.

How to use the pads?

I usually use them after cleansing my face on my dried skin. I first use the structured side of the pad, and you will directly see that it removes even more dirt, even though you cleansed properly. The I use the soft side of the pad. Another way, how I use this pad is in the mornings. Sometimes, when I did a very thorough cleansing the evening before I only use water to wash my face. After that, I use this pad and it works perfectly without stressing the skin too much. I must say, that I also really like the official Purito page, where they list all the ways how you can use the pad. It can even be used on your body, or before reapplying makeup!

The Purito Centella Green Level All In One Mild Pad is definitely a great product. It works well in my skincare routine and helps to prevent irritations. Additionally, it cleans the skin even more thorough and smoothes it with mild exfoliation. The ingredients are really nice too, and 70 pads really last you some while, especially if you are using different products in a rotation like me. I try not to use any other exfoliating skincare products in combination with this pad. The jar retails for 22 US$ from the official page, but you can also get it from Beautytap for the same price. Review: Dr. Althea Herb Therapy Velvet Mask

My last sheet mask review has been almost three months ago, so here is finally a new one for you: This is the Dr. Althea Herb Therapy Velvet Mask, and it has been one of these masks that really surprised me positively. To make a long story short, it was not what I expected regarding texture and essence, and I was honestly so impressed that I decided to write a review despite having used only one of these masks! Thank you to Korean Smooch for providing me with this mask for reviewing purpose.

I didn’t find any information about the background of the brand, apart from its Korean origin. Yet, the sheet mask by Dr. Althea grabbed my attention at first sight because of the beautiful packaging design. The pastel blue and the little illustrations remind me of vintage motives.

The Dr. Althea Herb Therapy Velvet Mask is designed for all skin types and has moisturizing properties. Medical herbs like green tea, calendula and chamomilla are the key ingredients and help to soothe irritated skin. The velvet type and super soft sheet mask fabric additionally calm down the skin.

The full ingredients of the Dr. Althea Herb Therapy Velvet Mask are listed on the backside of the sheet mask sachet, and you will spot many plant-bast ingredients, like olive oil, ginger extract, licorice extract, grapefruit seed extract and many more. Licorice extract is always great to have in your ingredients list. It has many benefits, like anti-inflammatory effects and brightening properties. Panthenol and hyaluronic acid promote wound-healing and are great moisturizers. Ceramide 3, citric acid and vitamin E are great for anti-aging. However, the main focus in the ingredients lies on moisturizing ingredients, like panthenol, glycerin, hyaluronic acid, butylene glycol, and Anthemis Nobilis flower water. The list is paraben-free, sulfate-free, alcohol-free, silicon-free, and free from allergens according to EU guidelines. More information on SkinCarisma.

The sheet mask fabric of the Dr. Althea Herb Therapy Velvet Mask is made from ultra-fine cotton fibers, which promote a deep absorption of the serum into the skin. With its velvet touch, this mask is supposed to offer 4 times more active ingredients to the skin than ordinary sheet masks. The formulation is a blend of Korean ancestral medicinal plants and ingredients from dermatological research. The extracts of chamomile and calendula reduce redness and restore skin smoothness, while extracts of green tea, shiso or ginger act anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. Plus the bunch of moisturizing ingredients makes it sound like the perfect all-rounder mask.

The sheet mask serum is a cream-type one ( or lotion-type), and I was very happy to see that. My favorite moisturizing sheet masks have these kinds of essence. It has a pleasant floral scent but doesn’t feel heavy. It makes the skin a bit tacky after application though but feels very moisturizing and nourishing.

As you see from the picture below it is not the thinnest mask, but it is super soft and silky on the skin. It adheres perfectly and the fit was great on my face. The sheet mask was soaked very heavily and yet there was not dripping of the lotion. Moreover, there was a lot of the lotion left in the sachet that could be used on the neck and arms.

After wearing the mask for 20 to 30 minutes the sheet was still damp enough, but most of the lotion has been absorbed into the skin. The skin looks hydrated and glowy and a bit more bouncy than before. It didn’t irritate my skin at all, but the lotion leaves a bit of a tacky feeling, so it is better suited for night-time applications in my eyes.

All in all, as said in my introduction, I was very positively surprised by the Dr. Althea Herb Therapy Velvet Mask. It has a lotion-type essence and a super soft mask with a perfect fit. It does what it claims to do and leaves the skin more moist and bouncy than before. This sheet mask has impressed me, and I will consider repurchasing more of it in the future. The beautiful packaging design is, of course, a big plus, too! I received this sheet mask for reviewing purpose from Korean Smooch, an online retailer for Korean cosmetics products based in France. This shop might be especially interesting for people ordering from EU. Delivery to Germany, for example, is free from 80€ purchase and takes approximately 3 to 5 days to arrive. Summer means sun and vacation, ideally, it also means holidays. Since we have a new season I have also a new InStyle Box for you. The InStyle Box Summer Edition! Waltz 7 Shower Bombs

There is nothing more relaxing than a hot bath, but showers can be easier and some people prefer showering over bathing. These shower bombs are perfect for anybody who wants to have a relaxing spa Atmosphere while taking a shower. You simply put the shower bomb on the floor of your shower and the water will melt it away and release the relaxing scents. The two versions here are scented with mango and rose, respectively. I tried these shower bombs in the past and love them so much!

Bilou Sweet Hands Hand Mousse

This hand care product comes as mousse-y foam out of the bottle. It contains vitamins E, almond oil, avocado oil and panthenol and has a sweet scent.

Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Top Coat

I love this top coat! I’ve already used it so much since I received the box and it is so convenient to use and makes your nail polish dry down so much faster.

Ultrasun Facial Sunscreen SPF30 PA+++

I’m always searching for a good and volumizing mascara, and I want to take you along my mascara journey today. These days, I’ve been using the YBPN Is It Me You Are Looking For Extraordinary Volume Mascara. I received this mascara as PR gift during the Erborian x YBPN Event in Cologne, which I attended some time ago.

First of all, YBPN is no pure make-up brand, originally it stands for “Your Beauty Professional Network” and is an expert network of 1200 perfume stores in Germany. Moreover, the network allows you to get useful information about the participating stores, spreads useful tips and knowledge about beauty products, and now they are also launching accessible and affordable makeup products like the YBPN Is It Me You Are Looking For Extraordinary Volume Mascara.

I received the mascara in a beautiful YBPN make-up Pouch saying “Mein Schönstes Ich”, which means “my most beautiful me”, and also represents the way that this network wants to connect and communicate with their customers.

Also, the cardboard packaging reflects the signature colors of YBPN, using black, white and pink. “Is It Me You Are Looking For” is an original and catchy name for a mascara, too, and makes it stand out. Since it is a volumizing mascara it is supposed to give more volume to the eyelashes, but also make them appear longer.

The mascara tube itself is neat and simply designed, showing the name of the mascara in silver-colored lettering. It contains 15ml of black mascara.

The YBPN Is It Me You Are Looking For Extraordinary Volume Mascara comes with a rubber wand with a pointed end for reaching smaller lashes, too. The formula is smudge-proof and can be applied in several layers to intensify the effect.

Above, you can see me without any mascara on the left and with one layer of the YBPN Is It Me You Are Looking For Extraordinary Volume Mascara on the right. I think you can clearly see the difference. It makes the lashes appear thicker and denser and visibly makes them longer. Also, the eyelashes show a nice curl that lasts all day while I’m wearing makeup. So far, I’m happy with this mascara, since it brings out the eyelashes very nicely. It also doesn’t have a formula that feels clumpy or gooey on the lashes but applies smoothly. what do you think?

My second obsession after Asian beauty products are pharmacy beauty products, believe it or not. Before I dived into Kbeauty and Jbeauty it was brands available at the pharmacy that were my go-to skin-savers. I feel very happy to be able to try a bunch of lovely products from the Belgian online pharmacy Newpharma and to share my impressions on them with you today!

First of all, some words about Newpharma: this Belgian-based online pharmacy has been founded in 2008 and has over 35000 products within their range. They ship to various countries within EU and deliver to Germany in 48-72 hours, and there are no shipping costs for Germany on orders over 49 €.

I want to show you a couple of skin and body care products I received from Newpharma today.

Darphin Aromatic Cleansing Balm with Rosewood

Darphin Aromatic Cleansing Balm with Rosewood is a rich balm containing marula oil, sage, ylang-ylang- and rosewood oil. It emulsifies with water and forms a silky milk-type cleanser. The cleanser contains 40ml in a jar as full-sized product and retails for 28.57€ at Newpharma.

I was especially curious about this cleansing balm. The only cleansing balms I tried so far are from Banila Co and from Labiotte. Here, the consistency already is different: while the other cleansing balms have a balm texture that reminds me of wax, this one feels more like vaseline and is not as solid as the other balms. This makes it stick more and it is harder to wash off, especially when used on eye make-up. Nevertheless, it has a very relaxing scent and makes the skin feel nourished and soft.

Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Multi-Purpose Dry Oil

The Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Multi-Purpose Dry Oil is very popular among skincare lovers. This oil can be used on your body, face, and hair. The oil has softening and smoothing properties. It has 91.8% natural ingredients and includes 7 valuable oils, like Tsubaki oil, Sweet almond Oil, Camelia oil, borage oil, hazel oil, argan oil and macadamia oil. The full-sized bottle contains 100ml and retails for 22.12€ at Newpharma.

This is another product that I was very curious about. I heard many positive opinions on this oil, and since I’m a dry skin type person oils are always very high up in my skin care routine. The oil feels dry, as the name already tells you, and sinks in very quickly and without leaving an oily film. It has a nice scent, too. I love that it can be used for all your body and also for your hair. Since it contains a bunch of great oils I can imagine that it is a great product for nourishing. Love this tiny bottle of “gold” already!

La Roche-Posay Toleriane Innovation Caring Wash

One of my beloved pharmacy brands is surely La Roche-Posay. Here is the La Roche-PosayToleriane Innovation Caring Wash perfect for people with dry and sensitive skin. It has a clean formulation, which is soap-free, preservative-free, and fragrance-free. The full.sized tube containing 200ml retails for 11.41€ at Newpharma.

Ingredients: Aqua/water, Glycerin, Pentaerythrityl tetraethyl hexanoate, Propylene glycol, Ammonium polyacryloyldimethyl taurate, Polysorbate 60, Ceramide np, Niacinamide, Sodium chloride, Coco-betaine, Disodium EDTA, Caprylyl Glycol, Panthenol, T-butyl alcohol, Tocopherol.

This cleansing lotion is perfect if you want to avoid many irritating ingredients and your skin feels tight and tingle after using other cleansers. The milky lotion forms only a soft foam and is super gentle. This is a great second step cleanser after removing makeup.

Rogé Cavaillès Deodorant Absorb+ Invisible 48h

The Rogé Cavaillès Deodorant Absorb+ Invisible 48h is an anti-marks deodorant. It is free from alcohol, parabens, and is hypoallergenic. The full-sized spraying bottle contains 150ml and retails for 6.68€ at Newpharma.

The Vichy Aqualia Thermal Extrasensitive Lip Balm is a calming and regenerating lip balm. It contains Glycerin, Shea-Butter, and Vitamin E to prevent and care for chapped lips. This lip balm contains 4.7ml and retails for 5.27€ at Newpharma.

There are these brands that you see all over social media and somehow there is never that chance for you to get your hands on them. That’s exactly how my relationship with 107 Oneoseven was until now. I have read and stumbled over so many reviews about this korean cosmetics brand, and I can’t believe that this is really my first own review for it. Here is my impression on the 107 Oneoseven Rose Vinegar Water, which was provided to me by Beautytap.com.

The brand 107 Oneoseven uses as key ingredient traditionally brewed Hanega vinegar, that has aged for 5-7 years. The vinegar is brewed with 20 oriental herbs to produce the optimal and best amount of essential amino acids. The brands name derives from the 107 secret formulas that have been kept for 35 generations for improving the skin and body.

The 107 Oneoseven Rose Vinegar Water is a rose water based mist that contains the famous vinegar. It is the perfect combination to provide moisture to your face whenever needed. It can be used after cleansing as toner, for setting makeup or before using masks. It comes in a cute pink colored spraying bottle, that sprays a very fine mist.

The ingredients are short, though not as short as for the SanDaWha Camellia Flower Hydrating Mist. But still the ingredients are nothing to sneeze at! The list consists of course Rose Water, which I love for its luxury scent, but it also acts skin conditioning, anti-bacterial, contains many antioxidants, etc. Additionally, hyaluronic acid and a mix of amino acids are added. Last, but not least the mist contains 1 ppm (parts per million) Vinegar.

Ingredients: Rosa Centifolia Flower Water, Dipropylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexandiol, Butylene Glycol, Water, Disodium EDTA, Betaine, Tripropylene Glycol, Histidine, Hyaluronic acid, Inositol, Arginine, Cysteine, Raffinose, Lysine, Glutamine, Glycine, Propylene Glycol, Caprylyl Glycol, Vinegar(1ppm)

I have discovered that this mist has also a very calming effect on my skin. Whenever I use the fine mist and my skin feels somehow reddish and irritated my skin seems to calm down after I apply the mist. I really love that effect, but I don’t know if this is only a coincidence either. Only my observations while using it. The mist is also suitable as setting mist after applying make-up, and give the skin a natural finish and makes your skin look more hydrated.

The 107 Oneoseven Rose Vinegar Water contains 120 ml and is on sale right now at by Beautytap.com for 19.60 US$ instead of the original retail price of 28 US$. That to be said, the products from 107 Oneoseven are a bit more expensive compared to other more available Kbeauty brands. Yet, the selection of natural and high-end ingredients combined with the traditional oriental vinegar may justify the price.

It is rare that I’m wow-ed by a second cleanser like foam or gel, but here I have one that I absolutely love since I started using it: the Bio:Végane Skinfood Organic Acai Cleansing Gel! And surprise, it is not asian beauty product either :)

Bio:Végane Skinfood is a vegan and natural cosmetics brand that has launched newly in Germany. They first came into my view with one of the first certified sheet masks made in Germany and distributed in local drugstores. Always curious about sheet masks that are available here in Germany, I tried some of their masks and also received a few products from the brand’s Green Tea line as a present from my sister, which I included in my skin care routine during the time.

The Bio:Végane Skinfood Organic Acai Cleansing Gel was also a recommendation from my sister and kindly, when we went to the beauty convention Glowcon here in Germany, we were gifted a tube of this cleanser by the lovely people from Bio:Végane Skinfood.

Bio:Végane Skinfood is free from paraffins, parabens, silicone, synthetic dyes and fragrance and of course it is free from animal testing. I don’t know if it is relevant for skin care, but it is free from Gluten and lactose too. The brand is a certified natural cosmetics brand and their products have a clear product design, which is white in combination with a pattern that represents the key ingredient, eg. green leaves for the green tea line, or blue berries for the acai line.

The ingredients of the cleanser are: Water, Glycerin, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Coco-glucoside, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Fruit Extract, Dehydroxanthan Gum, Benzyl Alcohol, Euterpe Oleracea Fruit Extract, Enantia Chlorantha Bark Extract, Oleanolic Acid, Sodium Chloride, Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan), Fragrance, Linalool, Limonene, Butylene Glycol, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate

The key ingredient Acai is a berry which comes originally from Brasil. It contains many antioxidants and is rich in vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients. Additionally, jojoba oil and wild rose oil prevent the hydration loss of the skin and act as moisturizing ingredients. In first place, this cleanser is dedicated for people with combination skin. I have dry skin and still I think this cleanser is suited perfectly. You can check out the details on the ingredients at SkinCarisma.

What I love about the Bio:Végane Skinfood Organic Acai Cleansing Gel is first of all the gel-type formula and the fact that it is not drying for my dry skintype. It does produce a moderate amount of foam nonetheless, which is enough to have that feeling of a foam cleanser despite the gel type formula. The second point why I love this cleanser so much is definitely the scent! It is really addicting and so fresh and fruity. Usually, I remove makeup with an oil-based cleanser first and then I use my second step cleansing foam, which would be this one here. My skin feels bright and clear after using it and no signs of any negative reaction or tightness. Additionally, it has some kind of matte effect on the skin, making it look extra clear. Currently, I’m using my second tube of this cleanser :)

Do you know the Bliv Nano Bio Cellulose Masks already? I have mentioned a couple of times that I really love using bio cellulose masks lately. I have tried them from a couple of brands, like Leaders or Moonlab, and everytime I’m very happy with the texture and feeling on the skin. Here is my review for the ones from Bliv:

Bliv or b.liv as it is written is a kbeauty brand that appears occasionally in my feed on Instagram. I never tried any of their products before, but their saying is “healthy pores, healthy skin, when you believe (b.liv), you shine with confidence” and you can check out their web page and their products on www.bliv.de. By the way, the name is pronounced as “believe” and was founded in 2009 derived from a cosmaceutical brand. According to their page they are the leading brand for pores management solution.

The masks that I kindly received from Bliv for reviewing purpose came in a cute yellow box. I received the Bliv Nano Bio Cellulose Masks Hydrate Away, Age Eraser, and Soothe Me Now.

The packaging design of the masks is modern and a mix of geometric patterns and a specific color of the fonts for each type of mask.

This mask is designed for moisturizing, revitalizing and hydrating made with key ingredients like organic algae, rice extract, and hyaluronic acid. The mask sachets are filled with a lot of essence and you will find the folded bio cellulose mask inside. The mask is folded between two layers, but unlike most other masks it is NOT lying between two plastic foils.

One layer is a tulle fabric, and the second one os a cotton like fabric. It was really a unique experience for me to see that.

The bio cellulose mask is a specialized nano scale fiber structure with a pattern. It makes it adhere better to the shape of your face and allows to hold more moisture inside, too. Still the skin is supposed to be able to breathe through the bio cellulose layer. As you can see in the pic below the mask is thin and you can see through it. The bio cellulose has the texture of a gel and feels very cooling and refreshing when applied to the skin. It clings perfectly and doesn’t slide around.

All the masks were very moist and hydrating while wearing them for 15-20 minutes. The skin feels more bouncy after wearing them. It is hard to say what the differences were between the single masks with only two masks from each type. According to the studies that are listed on the front of each mask there should be a difference when used for a longer period of 28 days. For the Hydrate Me mask the effects are even noticeable after a couple of hours. Since I don’t have any device to measure the moisture content I couldn’t make any studies for myself.

All in all, the Bliv Nano Bio Cellulose Masks were very comfortable to wear and they fitted perfectly and stayed on place as I expected from a bio cellulose mask.
