Review: EOS Neon Brown Circle Lenses ♥sponsored♥

Hello ♥

I’m reviewing a new pair of circle lenses today which were kindly sent to me by MapleLens. I received EOS Neon Brown , a colored contact lens in a light brown shade. These are very nice lenses which look also great on dark brown eyes in my opinion. Let’s have a look!

The lenses were packed in a cute pink box and an animal lens case in elephant shade was included, too. Both, the box and the animal lens case are really lovely.
I ordered prescription lenses again with -0.50 for both eyes. The lenses are delivered in a typical vial labelled with all the information you need.
Here are the properties of EOS Neon Brown circle lenses:
Diameter : 14.8mm
Water Content : 38%
Base Curve : 8.8mm
Life Span : 1 Year Disposal
These lenses look very simple on the first sight: they have a light brown, dotted pattern and a darker border around. You can click on all the image to see more details. Below, I will show you how EOS Neon Brown lenses look on my eyes:
The enlargement effect is clearly visible, comparing the ‘naked’ eyes with the one wearing a contact lens. also the color shows off nicely.
All in all I like how these lenses look if you wear them. ♥
Design:
The design of these contact lenses is pretty nice. They look very unspecial, but because they’re quite opaque they look good on dark brown eyes. I feared that I wouldn’t see any different while wearing them, except of the enlargement, but the color really brightens my natural eye color and blends in nicely, too. I think these lenses create a very natural color effect.
Comfort:

These lenses were not as comfortable as my daily lenses, but I have to say, that I wear normally toric lenses. The first two hours the lenses weren’t comfy for me, actually, but after a bit more time I got used to them and I could wear them like around 5 hours in total. If you don’t need toric lenses you can probably wear them even longer, using eye drops occasionally.

Enlargement:
Enlargement is visible, but it doesn’t look scary or too unnatural. The darker circle around the lens creates a dolly effect.
Shipping:
Shipping was performed via FedEx and was pretty fast. It only took 3 days for the lenses to arrive and a tracking number made it easy to check where my parcel was located. If you only buy one lens you’ll have to keep in mind the shipping costs that you’ll have to pay. But MapleLens also provide free shipping for orders over 50 US$.
All in all, I really like these lenses. They look really nice and brighten up my natural eye color. Depending on the light the color is more of a light green-brown-ish shade which I really love. If I would only have seen the image of the contact lens I would probably not have bought it. This makes me even happier that I received these lenses. Thanks to MapleLens at this point!
You can buy these lenses at MapleLens for US$ 18.90. Check out the facebook page, too: https://www.facebook.com/MapleLens

    • Thank you, Rini!:) I think these lenses blend in really nicely with brown eyes. I was really surprised how they turned out.

    • Thank you!:) I agree, if they would be more comfortable I could wear them more often, I really like how they look. Thanks for the comment!:)

  • Never worn lenses. I can't imagine being able to get them into my eye. But I think some look amazing. I'd like purple. Lol. The lenses you've got on are nice but not too extreme. ^^

    • I started wearing normal contact lenses for work. It is really more convenient if you work at the lab and stuff like this. At the beginning it was a strange feeling, but you get used to it and it becomes something normal. :D
These lenses are really more on the natural side considering the color. Purple would be interesting to try...or for me, I'd like to try blue ones, too :D

  • These lenses looks so similiar to the G&G Max Pure Brown :O I like them because the one by dueba are really natural! I love how they enhance your eyes but it does still look really natural and not alien-like hehheh ^o^
I envy you for your already big eyes! *^*

    • Thank you, dear ♥ I didn't try out G&G Max Pure Brown but if they are similar they will be beautyful aswell. How comfortable are these lenses?

  • Pretty! Love your last picture Fraulein ^^ And the brown lenses look so natural. But EOS lenses tend to dry out my eyes >< Thank you for your review. They certainly look good on your eyes <3

    • They don't look like the Max Pure Browns though and actually the name was written on the vials, too...But I'm no expert in this actually.
