Cute Disney Gift from Modes4U

2. December 2017

// PR Sample / Disney / Stationary //

Christmas is just around the corner and I know that many of you will probably also look online for some gift ideas…or maybe you are looking for something to spoil yourself? I personally love to make myself happy with little cute things and since I’m a huge Disney lover everything that has to do with any of their characters usually makes me happy, although I have of course my favourites. Of course, I love the Disney Princess Movies, and I love Alice in Wonderland! I was happy to receive a bag of surprises from Modes4U and in case you didn’t know that online store I can recommend you to check it out:

Disney

Modes4U is an online retailer based in Hong Kong selling cute stationery from Japan, but also fabrics, bags, accessories and DIY clay sets. They a huge selection of kawaii products directly imported from Japan and the USA and ship to customers worldwide. In the past I have ordered a couple of times from this store when I needed cute little gifts for my sister for her birthday or christmas. Especially, since they are an official San-X online retailer they have so many products containing cute japanese mascots like Rilakkuma, Gudetama, Cinnamoroll, and of course Disney characters!

Disney

Today, I want to show you a few of their products, mainly Alice in Wonderland themed ones! Who else is a big fan of Alice in Wonderland, by the way?

Disney

Alice in Wonderland Character Pouch

I must admit that I have a slight addiction for pouches. I love having pouches in my handbag for handcream, lip balm, tissues, etc, and I love to switch them every once in a while (maybe I should make a picture of some of my favourite ones on Instagram…). Back to the Alice in Wonderland Character Pouch: This pouch has a perfect size for the handbag, and fits either make-up or pencils. It has one big compartment, and two small inner lining compartments. This product is an original Disney licensed product imported from Japan. The pouch shows the scene from the tea party with the Mad Hatter and it is so colorful to look at. It retails for 27.89 US$ (23.90€).

Disney

Let’s see what we have for the next product:

Disney

Alice in Wonderland Ring Binder Notebook

Do you love making notes and lists? I do! And I have always some back-up notebooks lying around. This is not only functional, it also looks pretty with the comic panel design. This notebook is hand-sized and has squared paper inside with Alice character print in the corner. The front and the back are made from hard cover, too. This is also an original licensed Disney product from Japan. It retails for 6.52US$ (5.59€).

Disney

And here comes the last Alice in Wonderland themed product:

Disney

Alice in Wonderland Hard Flake Stickers

I love stickers! Though I tend to not use them, but keep them forever…but nontheless: they are so pretty to look at (and also are a good accessories to have for picture backgrounds :D )! This package contains 15 stickers with 5 different patterns. The stickers are hard stickers with different motives from Alice in Wonderland, like the Cashire Cat, the White Rabbit, and Alice of course. The stickers are see-through and have a gold metallic embellishment. The pack of stickers retails for 7.57 US$ (6.49€).

Disney

Modes4U also offers bento box items and has a bento box shop. The last item I want to show you is this tiny bento box:

Disney

Little Mermaid Bento Box Snack Box

This tiny Bento Box with the Little Mermaid print on the lid is so adorable! I love bento boxes and all the cute items you can buy for them and if I have time I prepare a bento for my lunch time at work. It always brings me to a happier mood. The box here is really tiny, but it fits some small snacks like a trail mix or grapes for example. It is also cute to use for small things you want to keep…for example like the stickers above. There are different motives for this tiny box with either prints from Arielle, Tinker Bell, Rapunzel, or Alice. The box can be washed up to 140 degrees Celsius, the lid can be washed up to 70 degrees Celsius, and the lower part of the box can be used in the microwave, too. This item is BPA free and therefore food and child safe! It retails for 6.99US$ (5.99€).

Disney

Perfectly for the season, the delivered items came with a free Christmas-themed Washi Tape and a Christmas themed business Card *_* So cute!

Disney

Now, and for my orders in the past, I have always been very happy with Modes4U and their products, aswell as with their delivery. The items arrive really quickly and they have a good quality, too. I can really recommend you to check out their store, and if you love cute things like the items I showed you here, you will fall in love with their product range! The shipping costs are free from 70 US$ (60€), but also if you order less than that the shipping costs are not that high and calculated on a fair basis. You might also want to check out their Christmas themed products, since it might be the perfect season for it ;).

What do you think about these items? Have you ordered from Modes4U before?

Review: Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion

13. September 2016

// AFFILIATE LINKS / CUSHION / KBEAUTY //

Another of those far too late posts, but since I adore the packaging I have to share with you: Here is my precious Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion! As a Disney lover it was really important to get my hands on this cushion- despite having maybe too many different cushions and cases already…I feel a bit ashamed, and yet I’m so proud to have this one in my collection! Here is my impression:

Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion

Beyond is a Korean natural cosmetic brand and part of LG Household & Health Care. It is dedicated to sustainable beauty and had been against animal testing since its foundation. They have an official site which is available in Korean and English. The Beyond eco philosophy states:

‘Beyond believes that you are part of nature and can become more beautiful. The solution and wisdom of beauty lies in nature. With this belief, we respect “Eco Values” throughout the entire process of everything we do from ingredients, production, distribution and disposal. Our research into Eco Values, which we consider part of our know-how, enhances the value of true beauty.’

Their products have minimal chemical colors and fragrances, their packaging isrecyclable and has minimum waste. Their products are also free from parabens and dermatologically tested. I tried few products of this brand before, but I never disliked their products. They have a super cute selection of sheet masks, too, which I can really recommend.

Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion

The Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion belongs to the second Beyond x Alice in Wonderland collaboration. I reviewed lip tints from the first collaboration called Alice in Glow >>here<<. I love the lip oil tints! They have a great scent and have a velvet nice and yet moisturizing feel on the lips! The design of the Alice in Blooming collection is even more dreamy and beautiful than the first edition and I knew from the beginning when I saw the advertorial pictures that I needed to get my hands on this cushion. And I did!

Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion

The Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion comes packed in a beautifully illustrated cardboard box in light pink and blue colors. The cardboard box also contains the key description of the product. The product is free of parabens and tar colorants, it is dermatologically tested, free of animal testing, and supports sustainable growth. The cushion has SPF 50+/PA+++.

Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion

Inside the cardboard box you will find the beautiful Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion, with a golden rim and the dreamy illustration from the cardboard box on the lid. Since this was a limited edition box it came with two refills even. I selected shade 02, the darker shade from the two available called “natural beige”.

Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion

Inside the Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion you will find a mirror and a puff, as with all cushions. Unlike most other puffs the band is broader and also  displays Alice illustrations.

Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion

As with all cushions the product works like this: inside the cushion case is a capsule with a separate lid that contains a cushion soaked with foundation or bb cream. You have to press the puff on the cushion and the foundation will transfer to it. Now you can dab the puff on your face. It is important to dab and not to smear it because it will give you the most natural and light finish.

Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion

The Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion has a semi-dewy, satin finish. It smells of roses when applied, but after doing your makeup the scent will fade and is not noticeable any longer. Also, there are small shimmery particles in the foundation that give your face a radiant look. Although I selected the darker shade of the two that were available it is still quite light and suited for lighter skintones. You see that it evens out the redness and makes the skin tone a bit lighter than my natural skin, but it still fits to my overall complexion. If you are tanned this shade will probably not work on you.

Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion

The Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion lasts a couple of hours on my skin before it starts to get uneven on my nose and chin. Nevertheless, it makes my skin feel soft and satin-smooth for almost all day. I also love the rose scent and enjoy using the cushion in the morning mainly because of the scent. I was afraid about the shimmer particles first, but I came to the conclusion that it is barely visible after all, so I’m really happy and using this cushion frequently.

Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion

Beyond Alice in Blooming Snow Cushion is a must-have for Disney lovers of course or for people who love beautiful illustrations. I bought my cushion from W2Beauty but you can check elsewhere to find it, too. You will find the cushion on these sites:

W2Beauty for 25.23 US$

Amazon.com for 29.94 US$

testerkorea 32.300 Won (~29.90 US$)

Lion King inspired Outfit by Romwe

24. July 2016

The past hurts…we all know that and yet one of my favorite memories is connected with this saying: hands up if you know every word by heart from the Disney movie The Lion King! I can say that I’ve watched this movie over and over and it is one of my favorite Disney movies. For those of you who love The Lion King as much as I do I have the perfect outfit inspiration thankfully offered to me by Romwe:

Lion King inspired Outfit

Romwe is an online fashion retailer with the saying “from runway to realway”, selling fashionable clothes for affordable prices. They ship internationally, and you will find very unique fashion items there from time to time. You can check some of my previous reviews of their clothing on my blog, for example my Totoro inspired Outfit from last time.

Lion King inspired Outfit

I love the simple combination of a shirt with a shorts. Especially in spring and summer. Since the temperatures are not hot at the moment I’m always pairing this kind of outfit with some tights and a light cardigan or jacket.

Lion King inspired Outfit

The black denim shorts are fringed on the seams at the legs. They have a good and thick jeans material with no stretch. It is a skinny fitted pair of shorts with a mid-waist. The short sleeved Kimono I’m wearing is made from a light black cotton fabric with woven ornaments on both sides reaching up to the shoulders.

The key item of my Lion King inspired Outfit is the T-shirt. It shows ano illustration of Rafiki, the wise pave together with his saying from the movie: “The past hurts and either you live with it or you run”. The cotton shirt has a regular thick fabric for a T-shirt and a good fit with a slightly stretchy material. It is sewn nicely, too.

fontover_201671315620492

I’m so much in love with this outfit, especially with the T-shirt. I cannot wait to wear it again.

You can get the shown items here:

Rafiki T-shirt for 5.99 US $

Black Denim Shorts 13.99 US $

Crochet Hollow Out Kimono for 16.99 US $

What do you think of my outfit?

Review: Beyond Alice in Glow Oil Tints

24. February 2016

I’m really late for this review, since the Beyond x Alice in Wonderland Collection launched half a year ago! Nevertheless. since the Beyond Alice in Glow Oil Tints are amongst my favorite lip tint I still wanted to share my opinion with you. I also discovered that Beyond will launch a new Cushion with the Alice in Wonderland theme soon ♥

Beyond Alice in Glow Oil Tints

Their products have minimal chemical colors and fragrances, their packaging is recyclable and has minimum waste. Their products are also free from parabens and dermatologically tested. I tried few products of this brand before, but I never disliked their products. They have a super cute selection of sheet masks, too, which I can really recommend.

Beyond Alice in Glow Oil Tints

The reason to buy the Beyond Alice in Glow Oil Tints is obviously the packaging design and the Disney Alice in Wonderland theme. I knew I had to get my hands on at least something from this collection, and since I loved the Tonymoly Shaking Tint Delight Oil Tint it was time for me to try more tints of this kind. There are five different shades available for the Beyond Alice in Glow Oil Tints and I selected two of them: No. 03, a pink red shade, and 04 a cherry red shade. The packaging design is dedicated to the Guardians of the Queen of Hearts and comes with a beautifully illustrated cardboard box. The same illustration of the guardians is found on the tint bottles, each containing 4.5 g.

Beyond Alice in Glow Oil Tints

The formulation is a oil based tint, but in contrast to the Tonymoly Shaking Tint Delight you do not need to mix it before applying. It is a bit thicker than the Oil Tint of Tonymoly, reminding me of the texture of a gloss, without being as sticky as one. The Beyond Alice in Glow Oil Tints contain Royal Black Tea for moisturizing and giving elasticity to the lips, apart from the oils in the tint. You will also smell a nice black tea scent mixed with a fruity hint if you use the lip tint. This is also one of my favorite aspects, because I love the scent!

Beyond Alice in Glow Oil Tints

The applicator is a doe-foot applicator with a hole in the middle. It does a good job in applying the tint. The tint itself feels very smooth on the lips. Since it is oil based you will feel how it smoothens the lips and moisturizes them. The lips don’t feel dry, even when the gloss dries off. In the swatches on my hand the shades look identical and at first I had to check the labels twice in order to be sure if they are different or not, but on my lips I see that No. 4 is more pigmented and has a hint of purple. It is not much visible on the pictures though. I also feel that the tint intensifies if you reapply the tint after a couple of hours. The stain itself lasts quite some time and wears of in a way that it looks still natural and that you can reapply without any problems of clumping etc. Both tints have a very natural stain, despite the light stain they give and they are perfectly useable for every day.

Beyond Alice in Glow Oil Tints

Although I was initially disappointed that the two shades I picked look very similar and that the pigmentation is quite natural I love the texture of the Beyond Alice in Glow Oil Tints and I use them surprisingly often. The stains also disappear very naturally, which makes it convenient for every day use and if you do not have the time or patience to touch up your lips every few hours. I love the scent, too, and I probably do not have to tell you how much I love the design. I’m very happy about these two precious tints in my collection. They retail for 10000 Won and you can find them on ebay or amazon for ~14 US$. Did ou try any of the products from the Beyond x Alice in Wonderland collaboration? Do you have any favorites?

Review: Essence Cinderella Blush and Highlighter

13. March 2015

Finally, the Cinderella live-action film is in theatres and I have prepared a review for the Essence Cinderella Blush and Highlighter just in time :). Essence launched a Cinderella makeup collection beginning of March and after seeing some swatches and pictures from other beauty bloggers I decided to grab the highlighter, for the beautiful pattern and the blush for its color. Here is my impression:

Essence Cinderella Blush and Highlighter

What attracted me to buy these two products is in first place the packaging design and of course the theme of this special edition. I love Disney, and I fall for their products easily :D Essence is a european drug store brand, which is easily available here in Germany. Their brand philosophy is against animal testing and their products are really affordable, providing a reasonable quality. Apart from the two products I showed, the Essence Cinderella line also contains an eyeshadow palette, nail polishes and lipgloss, and also some nailstickers. But let’s talk about the two products I bought now. the first one is the Essence Cinderella Highlighter in “01 The Glass Slipper”. According to the name this must be the key item of the collection, since the glass slipper is the key item of the story. Let’s take a moment to look at this beautiful product:

Essence Cinderella Blush and Highlighter

The description says that this powder is designed to give your skin a “beautiful sheen”. You receive 9 g of product in this pan, which has a shelf life of 12 months after openeing. You can look up the ingredients on COSDNA or on the official web page of Essence. Both products, the highlighter and the blush, contain titanium dioxide for some UV protection, but since the ingredients are listed at the end, I don’t think that it is too much of a sun protection, and I don’t think either that anybody regards blushes and highlighters as reliable sun protection products. But, just in case you thought so: use a propper sunblocker in advance :D.

Essence Cinderella Blush and Highlighter

A eye-chatching rose pattern is imprinted on the powder and makes this product absolutely adorable! The powder is pigmented and comes of easily. The highlighter has a cool toned light pink shade. When blended, the shiny particles are clearly visible. I think that the glitter effect is too much to use it as an everyday highlighter, but it is perfect for using on eyes or along your waterline to give your eyes a sparkling effect. Actually, it reminds me a bit of fairy dust :D

Essence Cinderella Blush and Highlighter Essence Cinderella Blush and Highlighter

The second item I bought is the Essence Cinderella Blush, which comes in a cardboard container. The silhouette of Cinderella is displayed and a castle, too. I like the design a lot, but maybe it will be considered too girly or childish for some. The shade is called “01 So This Is Love”.

Essence Cinderella Blush and Highlighter

According to the description this “silky soft powder blush” gives you a “natural and fresh looking complexion”. The ingredients are safe to use and you can look them up at COSDNA or find them on the official web page of Essence. The container comes with 8 g of product with a shelf life of 12 months after opening. When opening the blush you will see the fairy godmother with Cinderella’s carriage. The blush itself has a beautiful pink/coral color.

Essence Cinderella Blush and Highlighter

The blush is pressed firmer than the highlighter and needs more swipes with the finger to show the color. When using a natural hair brush the color comes off easily and gives your checks the prettiest flushing shade. Below you can see the swatch on my finger and then on the back of my hand. the color is really lovely and a nice one for every day, too.

Essence Cinderella Blush and Highlighter

Do I recommend the two products? Lovers of Disney and Cinderella will probably have already searched the drugstores for this collection :D Out of the two products the blush is definitively a daily usable product and apart from the pretty Disney design has a nice color and good pigmentation for everyday-use. The quality of the blush is good, once applied. If you are a lover of beautiful imprinted highlighters and are looking for some sparkling powder for either your eyes or your face you will also love the highlighter. I’m in love with both the products and I’m happy I found them after searching in 4 different drugstores for these treassures :D Oh, and another secret for you: I bought one extra highlighter for a upcoming giveaway. If you are reading my blog for a longer time you might remember that it is time for my second bloganniversary...wohooo…♥ Thank you ♥ all for reading at this point, and keep an eye out for the upcoming giveaway. Oh, and check out the loop giveaway on Instagram I’ve joined if you haven’t yet (find the link below).

Review: Etude House Princess Happy Ending Belle Rose Cheek Blusher

27. October 2014

I showed you the Etude House Princess Happy Ending Lipsticks a couple of posts ago and here is another product from this line, the Etude House Princess Happy Ending Belle Rose Cheek Blusher! This collection called Princess Happy Ending is dedicted to the different Disney princesses. Here you’ll see the blush from this collection dedicted to Belle from Beauty and the Beast.

Etude House Princess Happy Ending Belle Rose Cheek Blusher

Etude House is one of the best known Korean brands for cute packaging. If you are a lover of cute, girly and pink packaging, reminding you of being a child and the princess you always dreamt to be, THIS is your brand. Their packaging is usually so adoreable that you cannot keep yourself from impuls-buys – only because you saw the packaging…The cardboard box of this blush again confirms how much love for the details they put into their packaging ♥ It looks like a fairytale book with ornament roses matching the story of Beauty and the Beast. Not only the front site looks beautiful, but also the other sides of the cardboeard box. You even see the silouette of each princess above the barcode of the product.

Etude House Princess Happy Ending Belle Rose Cheek Blusher

The product description on the cardboard box is in Korean and in English. The blush comes in two shades: Pink Shine Rose and Coral Shine Rose. I selected the Coral Shine Rose Verion, No. 2.

Etude House Princess Happy Ending Belle Rose Cheek Blusher

On the side of the packaging it says “I want so much more than they’ve got planned”, resuming up the ideas of Rose when she dreams of having her adventures. It is really cute. :) The ingredients are written in English, too:

Talc, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Octyldodecyl Stearoyl Sterate, Nylon-12, Polymethyl Methacrylate, Magnesium Stearae, Isopropyl Myristate, Cl 73360, Tocopheryl Acetate, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Caprylyl Glycolm  Cl 77492, Cl 15850:1, Fragnance, 1,2-Hexanediol, Rose Extract, Propanediol, Cl 77499, Illicium Verum (anise) Fruit Extract

You can find the list on COSDNA, too, and check for the single ingredients. Most of them are either green or yellow flagged. The good point is, that the blush contains titanium dioxide, which works as a sunscreen/ sunprotection.

Etude House Princess Happy Ending Belle Rose Cheek Blusher

Like the paper packaging, the packaging of the blush is beautiful, too. It comes in a plastic container in pink, with the same rose ornaments like the rest of the packaging The backside says which shade the blush has and also has the production date printed on. If you open the plastic lid, you’ll find a beautiful rose shaped powder blush underneath. The coral color contains a golden shimmer and looks really, really pretty. Unfortunately, the lid doesn’t have an included mirror for application on the go and it doesn’t come with a brush either.

Etude House Princess Happy Ending Belle Rose Cheek Blusher

Let’s have a closer look at the powder blush and how it looks swatched on my hands:

Etude House Princess Happy Ending Belle Rose Cheek Blusher

As you can see, the blush has a nice pigmentation. The golden shimmer looks really elegant together with the coral shade and reminds me of NARS Orgasm swatches I saw on various blogs (but I don’t own the blush myself, so I cannot make any direct comparison). The blush can be blended in easily, too, so you can only create a soft look if desired.  I can only repeat myself and say, that I adore the design of this product line from Etude House. Below you can see all my three products together. ♥

Etude House Princess Happy Ending Belle Rose Cheek Blusher

If you are looking for a golden/coral powder blush you might wanna try this blush, especially if you also love the theme of the product line. I’m also very happy with the coral color and I think that I prefer it to the pink version of the blush. (Of course this depends also on your personal preferences.) You can get this at KollectionK for 10.99 US$.

Review: Etude House Princess Happy Ending Lipsticks

23. September 2014

// KBEAUTY / MAKE UP / AFFILKIATE LINKS //

As you know, I’m really falling easily for cute packaging. If cute packaging is combined with a Disney theme, I’m totally helpless and I simply cannot resist to grab it…Etude House and Disney collaboratons are nothing new. They had other Disney themed cosmetic products previously, like the Minnie Collection or the Cinderella Collection. Now they released another collection called Princess Happy Ending, having products dedicted to the different Disney princesses. Here you’ll see the Etude House Princess Happy Ending Lipsticks from this collection dedicted to Belle from Beauty and the Beast and to Snow White.

Etude House Princess Happy Ending Lipsticks

Etude House is one of the best known Korean brands for cute packaging. If you are a lover of cute, girly and pink packaging, reminding you of being a child and the princess you always dreamt to be, THIS is your brand. Their packaging is usually so adoreable that you cannot keep yourself from impuls-buys – only because you saw the packaging…Just take a moment to look at the beautifully designed cardboard boxes of the two lipsticks ♥ Each of them is designed according to the corresponding fairytale, you see roses for Belle and apples and castles for Snow White. Not only the front site looks beautiful, but also the other sides of the cardboeard box. You even see the silouette of each princess above the barcode of the product.

Etude House Princess Happy Ending Lipsticks EH_PrincessHappyEnding_lipstick_3

I took a lot of pictures from the packaging because it is so pretty.

Etude House Princess Happy Ending Lipsticks

The design of the box is continued on the lipstick itself. The shade of the Snow White lipstick is called “Apple Red Lips”, whereas Belle’s lipstick is called “Purple Rose Lips”.

Etude House Princess Happy Ending Lipsticks

The bottom of the lipstick case again displays the name of the princess, whereas the cap fits to the packaging design. The ornaments and writings are in silver for Snow White and in golden for Belle. The production date is printed on the bottom of the lipstick case.

Etude House Princess Happy Ending Lipsticks

Below you see how much lipstick each of them contains, since I twisted the bullet out completely. Each lipstick contains 3.5 g of product. You can see that the Snow White Apple Red Lips has a bright red bullet, the Belle Purple Rose Lips is a bright and vivid purple color.

Etude House Princess Happy Ending Lipsticks

You can see the color of the swatches below on my hand and afterwards how it looks on my lips. I have to say that the swatches on my hand look more realistic for the red color, since it is really a bright red color with and – to my joy- not cherry toned, because I have so many cherry toned red lipsticks. You can also see how moist these lipsticks look. They do not feel drying and I honestly love the texture. It is butter-like smooth and doesn’t make you feel like you have some thick layer on your lips. It also has a nice and durable stain which doesn’t look awkward. Of course they don’t survive eating, but nevertheless I’m pleasantly surprised.

Etude House Princess Happy Ending Lipsticks

At the moment, these two are my favourite lipsticks. They are so wearable, especially since I tend to to wear fully covered lips. The promotional pictures also show that you can use these for a toned down look with an gradient effect. I bought these two precious lipsticks from  W2Bauty but it is sold out. Review: Etude House Minnie In The Nails nailpolish and glitter

21. November 2013
Apart from the Minnie Kissing Lips from Etude House I reviewed earlier (click), I bought a fitting nail polish of the XOXO Minnie collection in red and Minnie nail glitters in black and white.

The nail polish comes in a bottle with a white cap with mickey mouse#s head silhouette. The color is the same red as the Minnie Kissing Lips lipstick in Minnie Red has. So it fits perfectly to be worn together. The brush is on the broader side. The nail polish itself is on the more liquid side, so you have to be careful. If you get to much of it on the brush and thus on your nails it moves on your nail and creates not desirable gradient effects. With two layers you’ll achieve a nice and opaque color. One layer alone dries rather quickly, too. The bottle contains 8 g.
This is how it looks on my nails with two layers.
I bought the nail glitter, too. The handling is a bit tricky if you don’t have experience (like me XD). I tried to put them on the nail polish before it was dried. The glitter boxes contain dot-shaped glitter, Minnie Mouse’s head as silhouette and tiny bow shaped glitter.
As you can see, the glitter particles make the surface of your nails uneven. ‘d recommend you to use a top coat. I didn’t use any, and by the end of the day I lost all the glitter due to running my fingers through my hair, unzipping and zipping clothes, getting dresses etc. pp. I don’t know if the top coat prevents it, but at least it should help a bit. did anybody try these glitters already and knows how to seal them in a better way? Feel free to write a comment :D
I bought these products at www.testerkorea.com for 3000 Won/ ~US$3 for the nail polish and 2500 Won/ ~US$2.50 for the nail glitter (shipping depends on weight). The nail polish is out of stock, but the glitters are still available. You can get Etude House Minnie Collection also at:
BeautyNetKorea (free shipping option)
W2Beauty (free shipping option, you’ll get a 5$ voucher upon registration with this link, which is usable for orders of minimum 30$)
KollectionK (shipping depends on destination)
Also you can have a look on ebay. The prices vary from shop to shop.

Review: Etude House Minnie Kissing Lips #1 Minnie Red

13. November 2013
A while ago Etude House in Korea released a new line in collaboration with Disney, called “XOXO Minnie”. I’m a huge Disney film and cartoon fan and I couldn’t get past these. Actually, I bought several of these products, but today’s post will be about Etude House Minnie Kissing Lips in Minnie Red.

Needless to say, that the packaging is devoted to Mickey Mouse’s better half, Minnie Mouse. The color scheme is focused on black, red and white here, which I love absolutely.♥ But just have a look at the pictures, and you’ll know what I mean:
The description and instructions on the packaging are in Korean and English:

The color of this lipstick is a classy red shade. This Minnie Kissing Lips Lipstick from Etude House is also available in a pink shade. The lipstick tube has a cute Minnie Mouse design as well ♥ *_*
If you swatch the lipstick, the pigmentation of Etude House Minnie Kissing Lips is really great. The consistency is surprisingly creamy and feels lightweight and moisturizing. If has a nice texture on the lips and didn’t give me a feeling of dry lips. The color is buildable and you can choose by yourself whether you prefer to just dab it lightly onto the lips or to give them the full pigmentation. I love wearing red lipstick, and I love high pigmented lips, too. It also works nicely with lip balm underneath and gives your lip an extra amount of moisture, in case you’ve got very dry lips.
Considering the price, this lipstick’s staying power is okay. It’s not super long lasting, but anyway this is difficult to achieve if you are drinking and eating. A Mac Lipstick will probably last longer, but then again I have to admit that I love this texture more, than my Mac Lipstick, because it feels nicer on the lips. I can definitively give thumbs up for this!♥
I bought this at www.testerkorea.com for 9000 Won/ ~US$9 (shipping depends on weight), but I think it is out of stock. But you can get Etude House Minnie Kissing Lips also at:
BeautyNetKorea for US$9.50 (free shipping option)
W2Beauty for US$13.26 (free shipping option, you’ll get a 5$ voucher upon registration with this link, which is usable for orders of minimum 30$)
KollectionK for US$12.50 (shipping depends on destination)
Also you can have a look on ebay. The prices vary from shop to shop.
