Zaful Dreamy White Flower Dress

Most of the days during the year I’m wearing a dress because it is so simple to pull on in the early morning. Usually, my day dresses are simple or girly but for some occasions I love wearing more special dresses. The Dreamy White Flower Dress from Zaful online store is one of the special kind:

Zaful is an online retailer for apparel offering affordable and trendy fashion with standard free shipping world-wide for orders over 30 US$. Since they are based in Asia standard shipping takes a couple of days, but still I was surprised how fast I received my items. Unfortunately, the package arrived one day before my vacation so I was not able to review it any earlier.

Actually, the dress is a round collared short dress but it has a beautiful transparent layer of fabric printed with a white and black flower pattern on top. The layers of the fabric reach down to the ground for me and my height of 1.64 m. I love the layers of the skirt and that it is transparent from the knees downwards. The fabric of the dress below is polyester and it is a very slippery fabric. The layers on top are from a harder material which ends to be a bit stiff, but altogether the dress is sewn nicely. The size is a bit too large for me. Usually, I order L for most asian clothes, but here it said to order a larger size and I was unsure and ordered XL…probably L would have been the better fit, but it is not tragic.

Together with the dress goes a beautiful pair of feather/leaf-shaped accessories. I chose a necklace and a bracelet here:

Both are made from gold-colored alloy and fit perfectly together.

What do you think from this look? I really like how princessy the dress is, but the fabric is a bit stiff and does not always lie were you want it. The size was a bit too large for me around my shoulders, but still it is wearable. I think it is a pretty birthday-princess dress ♥ I especially love the combination of the bracelet and the necklace. Although the bracelet is a leaf and he necklace pendant are feathers I though both were very similar and fit to one another. I’ve worn this combo really a lot in the last week.

As you can see, the materials used for the Bali Clicks Miffy Key Chain are mainly wood and leather. The wooden clicks are hand painted and very pretty! The key chain comes packed in a jute bag.

Lion King inspired Outfit by Romwe

The past hurts…we all know that and yet one of my favorite memories is connected with this saying: hands up if you know every word by heart from the Disney movie The Lion King! I can say that I’ve watched this movie over and over and it is one of my favorite Disney movies. For those of you who love The Lion King as much as I do I have the perfect outfit inspiration thankfully offered to me by Romwe:

I love the simple combination of a shirt with a shorts. Especially in spring and summer. Since the temperatures are not hot at the moment I’m always pairing this kind of outfit with some tights and a light cardigan or jacket.

The black denim shorts are fringed on the seams at the legs. They have a good and thick jeans material with no stretch. It is a skinny fitted pair of shorts with a mid-waist. The short sleeved Kimono I’m wearing is made from a light black cotton fabric with woven ornaments on both sides reaching up to the shoulders.

The key item of my Lion King inspired Outfit is the T-shirt. It shows ano illustration of Rafiki, the wise pave together with his saying from the movie: “The past hurts and either you live with it or you run”. The cotton shirt has a regular thick fabric for a T-shirt and a good fit with a slightly stretchy material. It is sewn nicely, too.

I’m so much in love with this outfit, especially with the T-shirt. I cannot wait to wear it again.

Pink Sheer Mesh Pleated Ballerina Skirt from SheIn

I’ve been looking for a ballerina-type skirt for quite some time and finally I found one on SheIn. The Pink Sheer Mesh Pleated Ballerina Skirt does have this princess-y vibes, but also can be combined to an elegant garment.

SheIn, formerly known as Sheinside, is an online fashion retailer since 2008, providing affordable fashion targeting women. Apart from clothing like dresses, tops and bottoms, you will also find accessories, shoes and jewelry.

I’ve been seeing these kind of ballerina skirts much more frequently in the last years and I think it is a great idea to have one in your wardrobe. This pink colored mesh pleated skirt I’m showing here has a midi length and has an under skirt which is covered by a mesh layer. The waist is made from a stretchy part at the back and a non-stretch part in the front. It is also a one-sized skirt, but the stretch is only working to an extend. There is a ribbon on one side which can be used to bind a bow for decoration on the side. The material is made from polyester. The skirt looks lovely when combined with a corsage, for example like the one showed in the images.

Dresslink Wishlist

I love discovering new online shops for clothes and accessories! In the past I did a couple of orders with taobao, which was always a bit complicated because you had to work with Google Translate and an agent for shipping. Recently more and more online stores are available that have much of the similar items as you would find on taobao. One of my recent discoveries is Dresslink. I made a little wishlist of a few items I would like to try from this store:

Currently, I’m looking for a backpack. I have so many things to carry around that I don’t want to put all the stress on one shoulder. I found this backpack which can be used as shoulder bag, too! Sounds perfect for me!

I’m also on the hunt for some summer maxi dresses. The good thing about maxi dresses are that they are flattering for short people and they can be worn at work (at least for my work :D)…also they remind me at beach holidays.

Dresslink has also some beauty products like makeup and brushes etc. The eyeshadow palette above is super adorable. I love the design and the color selection of the eyeshadows. Last but not leat I found some pretty headbands like the one below. It looks really pretty in combination with the hair up-do of the model.

Totoro inspired Outfit by Romwe

Like many people in the AB community I cannot resist cutely designed products and it is the same for me with clothes. I love for example shoulder bags with fun and cute motifs and I do love T-shirts with anime or Disney prints for example. So I created this Totoro inspired Outfit by Romwe for you guys, hoping that the one or the another might enjoy this post:

You can check some of my previous reviews of their clothing, for example my review for the floral pleated skirt or the striped Mix & Match Dress.

For my Totoro inspired outfit by Romwe I simply spotted this T-shirt with the Totoro print and combined it with a classic blue denim shorts. The T-Shirt is a simple white shirt with a round color made from polyester with a very soft and nice touch. It is one-sized and therefore for small-sized people it will be a loose shirt. It is a thin material and perfect for summer. I’m absolutely in love with the motif. ♥

For summer a denim shorts is always a great combination for a simple shirt. The material has no stretch. It comes with pockets and a high waist fit. The shorts are available in 5 sizes (S,M,L, XL, XXL), but they are on the smaller side. I chose size L and it has a good fit for me.

In combination the two clothing items fit perfectly together. The shirt can be either tucked into the shorts or worn loose. A perfect outfit for everyday summer :D Both clothes have a nice material and are sewn properly.

From my previous two reviews you might already guess that I like the charms from Soufeel quite a lot. And today I have a new selection of jewelry for you! This time it all revolves around Rose-Gold Jewelry from Soufeel. I love rose-gold for jewelry for its elegant and vintage looks and I was more than happy to spot some matching products here:

Some words on Soufeel: Soufeel was founded in 2011 and works for the slogan “For Every Memorable Day”. They offer charms, beads, bracelets and other accessories. The products are made from 925 sterling silver and the charms can fit Pandora or Chamilia bracelet, too, which makes them a nice and more affordable option for these bracelets in case you own one of these. Moreover, they have over 500 designs of charms, so there is quite a large variety to choose from. Apart from charms and bracelets they also have necklaces, rings, and earrings, too.

Like the previous times the items arrived in a beautiful gift box. There was also a paper bag included in case you want to give it as a present to someone else…or simply make yourself happy with it. My Soufeel Jewelry came nicely packed, each item in a separate plastic bag. There is also a cleansing tissue included in the box. The Soufeel logo was printed on the gift box and the bag, too, and gives it some elegant vibe.

I selected 4 items matching the rose-gold theme: first, for the charms I selected a new bracelet with a rose-gold clasp. The clasp of the bracelet is easy to open and to close, but still is sturdy to keep your charms safe. The Soufeel logo is imprinted on the clasp of the flexible bracelet.

For the bracelet I selected two rose-gold charms, one in shape of a butterfly and the other one in shape of a clover. Both charms are two-toned in silver and rose-gold with a Swarovski crystal in the middle. They fit nicely to the rose-gold and silver bracelet. Both charms can also be worn as pendants for a necklace.

The last item I selected and also my favorite was this Rose-Gold Ring from the “Elegant Series”. It is a thin ring perfect for either stacking or to be worn on its own. It can also be used as engagement ring because of the simple and yet elegant design and the dainty oval setting that has been inlaid with a glittering cubic zirconia stone. I love the design of this ring!

All the four items make a perfect set of jewelry with a rose-golden and silver theme. I really like the combination and the colors of these Rose-Gold Jewelry from Soufeel. Again, I can point out how nicely fabricated the charms and bracelets from Soufeel are and definitely they are a good alternative or addition for your Pandora bracelets.

Off-Shoulder Fashion Obsession

Since I spotted this lovely review from my sister wearing this off-shoulder top I’m totally obsessed to get some of these myself. While browsing through SheIn (formerly known as SheInside) I spotted this beautiful selection of off-shoulder tops and dresses. Which is your favorite?

Did you see that this spring and summer everything seems to be overflowing with off-shoulder pieces?! They have been popular in the past and just like everything in fashion the trend returns sooner or later. I’ve always loved these kind of tops and dresses, since they combine cute and feminine on the same time.

Striped Mix & Match Strappy Dress by Romwe

Dresses are usually my favorite clothing item because they are so easy to put on. But sometimes you get bored of the one fabric all over. For such occasions a mixed dress is great, like this Striped Mix & Match Strappy Dress from Romwe. It looks like a two-piece but still is an easy one-piece.

I love striped black and white items, they have some kind of happy vibe, I do not know why. The upper part of the dress also has some attached straps, which make the dress quite cute looking. The straps are loose, so they won’t be fixed on the shoulders. You can cross them on the backside. The belt is not part of the dress, by the way, but I think that this dress looks best when worn with a belt. I also love to combine it with a necklace, like the elephant necklace above.

The lower part of the Striped Mix & Match Strappy Dress is plain black and has a straight shape. Here I have to point out that from the image on Romwe you might think that this dress has a A-shape dress, but it hasn’t, and if you planned on buying this dress because of the A-shape you might reconsider it. The length of the dress is long, but not a maxi, still it goes over the knees. It looks very pretty combined with flats.

The Striped Mix & Match Strappy Dress retails for 12.99 US$ from Romwe. It is available in different sizes, S, M, L and XL. I ordered it in size M and it fits perfectly. Since the material is partly stretchy, especially at the top. I think that S might have worked for me aswell, but with asian online sizes I’m always safer with one size larger. The description says the material is cotton, but I think that the upper part is made from polyester, too. I’m not a cosplayer, although I envy everyone who puts so much effort into their costumes and even makes them by their selves…but I do love Halloween! It is a bit early to think about Halloween, but I’m already planning my costume in my head. So I was really happy when the company Zugeschnürt asked me, whether I wanted to try and review any items from their shops. The corsages they offer were so pretty, I kept thinking about Halloween and my costume…Finally, I decided to try this Corsage by Chilirose.

Zugeschnürt means “corded up” in German and since this refers to the mechanism of corsets and corsages it is clear what the company retails: it is all about corsets, corsages and lingerie. The difference between corsages and other lingerie lies in the point that a corsage can be worn as clothing item. It can be combined with pants or skirts and creates a very feminine and elegant look on top.

You can already see from the packaging of the product, which came in a box with wrapping paper that the corsage has a higher quality. I bought Halloween costumes in the past which used like cheap-quality corsages or something similar looking, but this is totally different. It has integrated harder parts which give you a nice posture and add to give a slimmer waist. The corsage really feels like something proper to wear.

It can be adjusted on the back by straps (be sure to loosen them before you wear the corsage) and has sturdy fastenings at the front to close the corsage up. There is a ribbon in the front as well… The pretty pattern shows black flower embroideries on a beige fabric.

The pattern combined with the ruffling on the top and bottom rounds up the image nicely. It looks really high quality and elegant. The ribbons add even more to the beauty of this piece of clothing! I can imagine that this will look wonderful with a tufted skirt/knee-long ballerina skirt…or with an A-Line cocktail skirt.

All in all I’m in love with my choice and I’m already looking for a skirt that fits to it, to make it a complete outfit. The Corsage by Chilirose retails for 39.90 € from Zugeschnürt and they also deliver to other countries than Germany.
